Humanik is a client centered organization that offers tailor made services and solutions that accomodates the clients needs. We set out to examine the aplicants abilities and competency thoroughly in order to provide our clients with a reliable background when it comes to decisions regarding recruitment. Our testing program evaluates the logical, verbal and planning abilities of the applicant. These tests are paired with instruments of self assessment and interpretations of ambiguous material in order to provide a complete image of the applicants capabilities. The combined results are then documented in an unique report that shows the competency profile of the applicant.
