Lisberg has been working with Executive Search and Management Development since 1984. There are not many Executive Search companies that have managed to navigate through three major recession periods and become stronger each time.

for the evaluation and development of leaders and teams. This area also involves Talent Management, Coaching and HR Due Diligence.
Lisberg has recently developed two new test tools:
LSI – evaluates leadership styles and is very valuable in Executive Search or when optimizing a Management Team.
BP – evaluates the competences that are essential for success. BP (Basic Profile) has, in 2009, been evaluated and recommended by STP (Stiftelsen för Tillämpad Psykologi) according to the new European EFPA-norms.
